The rent math
The money math for every strategy: the numbers that actually decide a deal, from long term rentals to BRRRR, Section 8 and flips.
Analyze The Deal works out your real costs (rent after concessions, rehab and holding) plus the income for your strategy: long term rent, projected nightly revenue from live comps, or ARV. For arbitrage it even checks whether the lease permits subletting, then bakes it all into the verdict's margin math.
What we compute

- Cleaning-fee margin and setup cost
- Whether subletting is permitted in the lease
